    And indeed why would they (at least until they've been caught out once)? Unless of course they are perfect in every way like Dr. Shoe, who doubtless has a chronologically-ordered file of every parking ticket he's bought in the last 10 years.

    lets get it right , that's 6 yrs in England and only 5 in scootland
