So it's an option to change your address to a mate's house and get a new licence declaring the old one is lost, then change back to your own address. All done with no cost to you? Nice one. That the sort of money saving I like.0 -
can anyone get the replacement page to work? "service not available" , even navigating via the main site gets the same result0

You don't need to say it's lost: when you report a change of address you get a new licence free.0 -

Which brings us back to ... don't they expect the old licence back before issuing the new licence for a change of address? Otherwise they'd charge for a lost licence?0 -

Im trying to locatemy DL number, not getting anywhere with that link.
I think my licence has expired years ago, but cant remember my last address I had it, can I ring up with my NINO and hope they can find me in the system?Nothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future0
