Is anyone else having issues accessing the Your Points website? I need to cash my points in but I keep getting a 'redirect loop' and it has been like this for the last month or so.

Hi Robry. I had no trouble redeeming mine (see my post about getting better value) After reading your post I just googled NatWest your points and got the site immediately. You may be trying a different search engine.

If you have the website address saved to a bookmark then delete the bookmark and type in the website address manually.0
