I am running Win 7 and my firefox browser has just refreshed and now I can not see my homepage and bookmarks.

How can I get them back?

Not sure what you mean by "refreshed" but you can set up your homepage from Tools menu / Options.

I have the dreaded Win8 so can't be too specific about the details in Win7 but should be fairly straightforward.

    Edit
Bookmarks should be toggled on / off from an icon on the toolbar (again for Win8 but should be fairly similar in Win7).

Do you mean that your homepage is not appearing or a different one is appearing? Also do you mean your bookmarks have disappeared from the bookmarks menu or from the bookmarks toolbar?

To get the bookmarks back on your toolbar - on the right hand side of the Firefox opening page there are three solid black lines, click on this then click on customize. Click on the box at the bottom left of the screen that appears, it says show/hide toolbars, then click to put a tick beside menu bar and bookmarks toolbar.

Check to see if Firefox is up to date, click help > About Firefox, it should say 39.0.

    Hope that helps a bit.
  • Has Firefox updated, and you no longer see your home page, or toolbar (which links to the bookmarks?)

I've seen that happen recently. Your home page will need to be reset, as for getting the toolbar back, right click in the tab area to the right of a tab, and click on "Menu bar"
