Delays at Concentrix

I received a letter from Concentrix on behalf of HMRC asking me to send them documentation. My Tax Credits payments have been reduced &Tax Credits say they cannot review my payments until Concentrix confirm their enquiries are complete.
The information was sent to Concentrix 3 weeks ago. It takes over 50 minutes on average to get through to them on the phone. I have been told by Concentrix that they have a 4 week backlog of post waiting to be scanned onto their system.Once the post is scanned it will then take another 2 weeks before someone at Concentrix handles the post. I understand that when Concentrix first started sending out letters they only expected a reply rate of 20%.In reality the response rate has been around 80%,and it would seem they are under resourced to deal with all the letters/telephone calls in a timely fashion. The delays at Concentrix are frustrating, but what can you do but wait......
