Near the top of this page, the NBS invites you to Download the PDF of our Savings Terms and Conditions. What appears is something that looks like a document and comes under a URL which ends in .pdf :

I can't find this in 'Downloads', so to keep a copy do I click on 'Download' and incur more data usage? I know it's only a small amount and I've used more by uploading the pic (not to mention this post!) but I'm near the end of my monthly allowance and looking for ways to economize.

Not sure what your asking? Yes it is a PDF, every time you click on it you are essentially downloading it and using your data
click file and save as and you can save it wherever you would like0 -
It is a PDF file yes. I think Firefox's own PDF reader downloads PDF files into the cache. When you choose to download the PDF, I think it copies from the cache into your chosen downloads folder.0

Just right click on 'Download the PDF of our Savings Terms and Conditions' and click save as or save target as - then you can save it to a folder of your choice.
What is happening is you have your web browser setup by default to view PDF's in browser rather than download them (which most people do as I find it's the best way). Depending on the size of the PDF firefox may not be cacheing it which means each time you open it you are essentially re-downloading it.0 -
It's 24 pages and 3.47 MB.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

I think firefoxes file cache limit is 200 KB?
Therefore it's likely that the OP is downloading this file again and again each time she/he opens it.0 -
In order for you to view it, it HAS to be downloaded to your computer. So it's already there. All you have to do is select "Save As" and choose a location to move it to.0
