I just went to do a routine scan and got a message saying I should install the latest version, which I have done.
However, there is now a message saying that my free trial expires in 13 days:( Isn't Malwarebytes free anymore then? If so, how do you get the free version?
Many thanks.

Did you check the option to enable the free trial when you installed the new version?
This link seems to suggest you can end the trial now or at the end anyway, presumably returning to the free version?

Thanks for your reply.
Have to admit that I didn't notice anything about opting out of the free trial:o Should I uninstall it and start again?Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0 -

no need... both "versions" are the same, the only difference is the real-time module is active in the "free trial" period and in the paid-for Pro version...the software is still free to use without that featureJust follow the instructions and end the trial part early...

I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
Thanks, have followed the instructions and ended the trial part and all is well now:)Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0
