Freeparking migration to Appsuite Webmail

Hi All.
At the end of May Freeparking informed us that they were migrating their email system to a new system - now using Appsuite and that we wouldn't be able to access our emails for a short while.
The migration has now been completed, however they have not transferred over ANY of my emails that were saved or any of the subfolders I had created. The only things in my inbox now are new emails received.
I keep emailing Freeparking and just receive the same set of instructions which don't work - as, until they transfer over my folders and emails, I can't then "select" them to show on my main page.
Has anyone else had this problem?
