Mighty Deals avoid like the plague

In April Mighty Deals had the Debenhams half price voucher deal.

I've brought from them in the past despite peoples warnings until I got stung myself.

Myself, other half and parents all bought one each. I was lucky that i paid by paypal and they didnt.

On the last day or day before last we all redeemed or claimed the code. Left it late yes but that was when I could help them do it. The giftcards never came in our emails.

I claimed by paypal because I hadnt even received a confirmation and no code to convert but money had been taken. Surprisingly, they sent me a converted voucher in the paypal dispute. I know I hadnt converted mine as I had no email to or anything in my account. Only the money taken.

My other half converted his in front of my eyes. Same as my parents (I helped them). None of them received it.

Contacted Mighty Deals back then and they said you did it after the last date so you wont get it. This is a lie. I contacted them on behalf of myself and everyone past the expiry date as obviously we all claimed on the last day and when it didnt come through the days after I went to ask where it was. They took this to mean we all claimed it the day I contacted.

When I explained they asked for a screenshot. I don't normally screenshot these types of things, maybe I should have but I dont think it's normal to especially on phone when I didnt know how to back then.

So three people without vouchers, me with mine but only because I disputed and they told me heres the link now close the case. Ha! The rest of my family sadly paid by card and didnt have paypal to go through.

Mighty Deal till this day havent replied to the no screenshot comment. Also. why am I bringing this up now? Because OH was browsing his emails and saw he had the giftcard code from April that needed to be converted which he did and never got.

The company are making profit by lying and it really angered me as I am a moneysaver and I try to help everyone I know with saving money be it friends or family and they stung us instead.
