New Generation Parking Fine - Cardiff

Hi, Just received a fine from New generation Parking for £60 for parking on a single yellow line in Cardiff. I have read a lot of this company in the past. Not sure if this should be paid or not? Any advice please?

Thanks in advance
Simon

which idiot told you it was a "fine" and not an invoice (a Parking Charge Notice) ?

Er it depends on whether it was on a public road or not. If so then it is a fine.

Only a court can issue a 'fine'.

    But NGP???

I always assumed you were better informed.
