Deep Fried Kitchen Cupboard Fix

My housemates thought it would be a great idea to give me a deep fryer for my birthday and lets just say you cant deep fry a bag of peanut M+Ms.
Now we've got to deal with the aftermath of that terrible idea before the landlord finds out and bills us for a whole kitchen re-dec.
The damage is minor, the hot oil spilled onto 2 cupboard doors and made the vinyl coating bubble only a little but its noticeable and it cant be there.

How can I find the door model/make and buy the two panels and D-I-M? Any companies that do something like this in london?

I'd try carefully sanding and painting the damaged areas before buying new cupboard doors. You'll need to try to match the paint (tester pots?) but I doubt the repair will be noticeable if it's done carefully.

Failing that, they look like pretty generic kitchen cupboard doors & drawer fronts. Measure them, take a photo and go shopping.
