Hi guys!
I hope everyone is well and that someone will be kind enough to engage in idiot-speak to help me please.
I'm using Vista Home Basic.
My printer is an Epson Stylus DX5000.
Every time I try to use the features in the Epson Creativity Suite or the Epson File Manager, I get a message saying basically:
'Cannot create cache file due to insufficient free space on hard disk. Please increase it.'
Would someone tell me how to do this please?
I do have 3 or 4 photo programs installed and they do need sorting out I know.:o
Have done disk cleanup and defrag.
Think computer has 97.7 GB free out of 141GB on HDD (C:) space?
If it helps, on Program Files, Epson Properties says -
C:\Program Files
Size 136MB
Size on disk 113MB
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Much Love,
Tiff xxx

Go to the shortcut that you use to launch these programs (probably on the desktop or start menu) and instead of double clicking to launch the program right click it and select 'run as administrator' that will probably solve your problem.
If it does you can right click the shortcut and go to properties, then click the advanced button, and tick the box saying always run this program as an administrator.0
