Vent - Sun Perks

I bought 10 copies of the sun for the codes and joined premium perks for a month with the code. I then got 2 tickets for chessington and paid £1.50 p&p. We are due to go in just over a week, but have received no tickets. I have contacted them and they said they must have got lost in the post. They say the t&c's state they are not liable for tickets lost in the post, and I can't do anything as the face value is zero. Yet I paid p&p and have received nothing, surely that isn't legal, as well as their t&c's stating they are not liable. I know they are free, but I purchased 10 papers that I wouldn't normally do and paid p&p. Surely as the p&p is a service that I paid for, and it failed they cannot denie liability? I explained this to them, and they just repeated they can't do anything. Any advice? Thankyou.

Raise a chargeback, through your bank / credit card co?

Ask for tickets to be stopped / replaced?

#nameandshame them on social media?

Write it off to experience, and then give all theme parks a miss, until they up their safety..?

I claimed the Legoland tickets via sun perks and its an e-ticket, could they have emailed you and it's gone to your junk folder, worth checking. Hope you get it sorted
