Gourmet Society

  • My OH has also been 'done' with this. There is nothing in the original e-mails to suggest you need to cancel and he never looked at the reminders. He joined mainly as they were giving £2 to cancer research. Although the Gourmet Society weren't moving he rang Tesco credit card and they said that as it was within 14 days they can refund it. Good luck to anyone else who has been taken in by this.

I got a free card through Mymail where I did not have to give payment details.

Do they still chase people for money in this case after the expiry date has passed?
