Hello I have seen your response to someone who needed help with their charge certificate. I have loved the response you have given please can you help me out with my charge certificate?
My appeal was rejected saying the terms and conditions are clearly displayed, these include non members must pay for parking using the pay phone system.
While we note that you had parked within a marked disabled bay with your valid disabled badge, the signs in place clearly state that there are no concessions in place for blue badge holders.
As you had failed to pay for parking on the day we confirm that the charge was issued correctly and we are upholding.
this decision which has been based on the facts of the case and takes into account our consideration of mitigating circumstances, is our final decision.
please help...

if you have a popla code, draft a popla appeal based on no contract , poor signage and not a gpeol etc, plus look for flaws in the NTK too (popla will not be interested in "what happened" or your blue badge)
if you have a popla code, it expires after 28 days, so get a move on
the NEWBIES sticky thread explains the peivate parking issues
note, a BB has no relevance on private land, your blue booklet tells you this, but you may find you qualify under the EA2010 so also look into that too
plus , complain to the landowner and try to get it cancelled as well0
