Which phone number did you use?
A +448/+443 number or an +441/+442 number?

It would really be good to hear which bank refused to ring you back. This information may help increase your chances of success with the FOS.

It was a +442 number. I am not too sure if I should give the name of the bank, I dont want to bad mouth them (actually, I really would but it may be against forum rules and I dont want to get kicked out before I ahve got some proper advice) but would be interested to hear how this will help with the FOS?

If it could be shown that the bank's terms say they will ring you back but they decided not to, for example.

But as we can't see their terms, it is not possible to comment further on that point.
