Can't close TSB monthly saver?

My monthly saver matured some time ago and turned into some low rate savings account. I emptied it.
With Lloyds Club it was easy to close the account and open a new one. I don't see this option with TSB. I thought they had the same IT systems?

No bother, it can stay at nil as. Incorrectly thought had to close it to reopen the regular monthly saver.0
