Have recently bought the offer as advertised on MSE and have to say the wine is THE worst Italian red wine I have ever tasted. Every single bottle tastes the same despite being labelled and described as from different regions. The taste is of vinegar by the way. I am

Hi Barbaraashworth, That's not good, i have been trying to actually get my wine, I order at the start of June and it's still not arrived they have noted my address on the package incorrectly, and amazingly have done the same again this time even though I have been in contact with them and moneysaving expert about trying to get a receipt and giving them the address as cleary as I possible could, the company is simply not helpful trying to get my order or a receipt for my order. I must say money saving expert have been totally useless at helping me resolve this also, Sarah has done nothing but send and email and cc me in with a guy called Robert only for the company to make the same stupid mistake even though they confirmed my address would be correct. it's amazing how bad the whole experience has been
