I know this is old but did you have issues with Move With Us?
Family member has been gazumped*. Move With Us are involved. No idea where they have come from as there are already 2 estate agents marketing the property.
Would be good to hear if others have experienced similar with this agent that seems to have popped out from nowhere in the purchasing process.
*we are not sure if the offer is genuine. Matched the first higher offer but then pulled out after Move With Us said they had another higher offer.0 -
