Can I guess my future utility bills when looking to move home?

Hi,
I am looking into moving home. I currently live in a 2 bed semi (classed as a starter home). I have a good idea about the cost of future mortgages. I know that I can work out the future council tax by getting the address of the property I am interested in and asking the council.
However, is there a way I can guess the cost of gas, electric, water and insurance? I've only lived in one house so I have no idea how to work out the increase in costs.
I assume that more bedrooms mean higher gas, electric, water, insurance. A different area means higher insurance and council tax.
So if I move within a 10 mile radius and go from a 2 bed semi to a 3 bed semi, is there anyway I can guess the maximum increase of my utility bills?
Thanks

If your new house is modern build and up-to-date insulation 21st century A++ double / treble glazing etc. and if you only heat one bedroom; living room etc should be much the same.Do you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0

Water is either based on usage (if metered) or on the RV of the property-nothing to do with the number of bedrooms. If the latter you can look it up once you know the RV-though you may end up with a meter anyway. No free lunch, and no free laptop
