Specially selected to apply for a Tesco clubcard credit card

Recieved an email today about the tesco clubcard credit card.
Email says I have been 'specially' selected to apply. Is this just marketing bumf, spam to be deleted or have they actually selected me?
Email came from:
tescobank@email.info.tescobank.com
I have a club card and car insurance with them so I'm guessing they got my details that way, although I thought I'd opted out of all marketing etc.
Has anyone else recieve such an email.

Did it mention something about 0% interest on balance transfers ?
I received 1 and they got my details from the savings accounts I have with them, if your not interested just delete it.0 -
OP probably you and hundreds of thousands of other names.
They probably think if they can get 3% of mails resulting in applications then they will be doing well.0 -
It will be a mass marketing email but if you makes you feel special just savour the moment; even when you 'opt' out of marketing the fact that you have a relationship with them already means they will send you stuff.0
