I wonder if there's any info on the first page of the very long TSB £100 thread just a little bit further down this very board?

I switched on 12th June and have met the criteria, Still not received the funds.

Just called TSB who advised its not them that pay the money , but is Money Super Market.

Called Money Super Market and they know nothing about it.

Has anyone actually successfully completed this process.

It is of course utter nonsense that Moneysupermarket will pay for this TSB promo.

Which TSB number did you ring? If 0345 835 7838, it's time for a complaint. Mind you, I'd complain anyway as TSB should not be employing people who think a third party would pay for TSB promos.

From the TSB T&Cs:

If you experience any issues in receiving your incentive payment or feel that you have satisfied all conditions yet not been paid, please call us on 0345 835 7838 (lines are open 8am to 8pm Mon-Fri,8am to 4pm at weekends).

My switch was completed on 25/06 so 30 days will be up by 25/07/15. £100 should be paid by next week.

say they rake in 5000 customers and then don't pay any of them a penny, they pass you back and forth to money supermarket or were ever, half will say right im leaving bye, the other half ... oh well I cant be bothered swapping again to another bank... 2500 customers up for tsb

that's not what they are doing though.. the staff suggesting that MS will pay the incentive are wrong, but if we meet the criteria we should be paid out.
