Hello one and all I need some assistance with a secured loand I took out with First National Bank Plc. based in Harrow,Middlesex in 2003 I was sold the loan and PPI policy by a Broker called 21st Direct Ltd.,in Norwich who went bust in 2008 the PPI policy had three tiers of coverage,Gold,Silver and Bronze.I was told that unless I opted for the premium level of coverage which was Gold standard,My application would not go through. The loan amount was £7500 and was paid off in 2006 how do I go about reclaiming against the mis-sold PPI policy?I believe that First National may have been taken over.Any help/assistance greatly appreciated.Thankyou in advance.
