How will My Student Loan affect My parents Tax credits

I'm moving out this year for my second year of uni.
However will my maintainance loan/grant affect my parents tax credits? im 20 yrs old.
Does it count as a 3rd income or something, will me applying for the maintainance grant cause my mum to lose money, she's just gone on maternity leave so i don't wan't to affect her money.
