Travel Mileage logger GPS
Hi,
Can anyone suggest a good GPS mileage logger for my car.
It should not require a subscription to a web service but does have some software for selecting and working out personal and work trips?
Before you ask, a pen and paper or an app working from a smart phone wont work in my instance.
A dedicated plug in GPS mileage dongle would be great, I would love to just jump in the car, have all trips logged and at the end of the month I can use the supplied software to identify which trips were business. There are quite a few such systems out there but many want you to pay a subscription which seems a silly expense.
Can anyone recommend a stand alone system that has decent, user friendly companion software? Thanks, John.

For the price of a system like that, you'd be better off just buying a cheap Android phone and using an app to do it. Unless you're allergic to smartphones

Pen and paper works for me though.0 -
Data logger DG100
Works accurately even in a glove box but the downside is that you have switch it on for every trip.
It can be run from a 12v to usb.
Frankly it's old tech but sounds good for what you want and it'll probably be around £30.0
