i bought my mother a fitbit flex for her 87th birthday (i already have one and she said she would like one to) problem is she has a samsung galaxy tab 3 tablet and i cannot get it to load keeps coming up with the message that time and or date are incorrect but they are not. please can anyone help me have tried fitbit but am still waiting for a response.
i do not want to have to return it as would mean having to think of something else for her birthday never easy.
