Toilet hand basin

I would like to change my hand basin over for a smaller basin.
Basins are identical apart from one being four inches in length shorter. Flexible pipes under basin and same pedastool would be used.
Can anyone give me any idea what this might cost.

Buying ALL the tools I would think is much cheaper than getting a plumber in.
You would certainly need an adjustable spanner ( if not 2 ) but they are not expensive.0 -
I would need to buy an electric drill for new holes in the tiles.
