Not sure how to answer a question for jobseekers online application form

so I'm paying £75 a week for rent (including utilities) and I live with my landlord (making me a lodger). The online jobseeker application form is asking me what amount of my rent is for the included utilities such as heating, hot water, lighting. The problem is I don't know.

I tried calling the jobseeker phone number at 5:55pm and they left me on hold for 15-20 minutes before cutting off, with an automated voice saying their opening hours are from 8am-6pm.

Any idea what numbers I should be putting in for the utilities?

If you rent a room you'd only get LHA rate anyway.,

Your landlord should be able to tell you. Phoning the DWP will result in them saying "ask your landlord". Nobody here can tell you what figure to put down as we have no ide what your landlord charges for utilities.
These are my own views and you should seek advice from your local Benefits Department or CAB.

The issue is I asked my landlord and she said she doesn't know.

She just said "you pay £75 a week and then I pay whatever for utilities. I can't even give you an estimate, sorry".

Put down £125 p/w. A lot extra to cover yourself
