Hi Everyone
we are planning to replace our ensuite bathroom
just measure it length of bathroom 250 cm and width 90 cm.
new shower tray, radiator, folding door, basin, extractor fan, toilet and wall and floor tiles.
what would be reasonable price.
first quote 2,900, if i source everything 800 for labour. does this seem reasonable?
location manchester area.
if any one have a good recommendation that be great. im thinking of just going for the big brand as the local plumber, well should i say are either too busy or want to rip you off.
thanks in advance

From where you are try victorian plumbing in Formby for fittings 800 for labour I work out at 160 a day if you assume will take a week which is IMHO a tad high but in your fittings have you include bits of pipe, wood, screws etc I. E consumables if you haven't then probably reasonable go to bath store you will be there for a couple of hours but they will at least give you a ball park figure to base other quotes on. Plus tiles and flooring cost vary so much it is difficult to comment until you know the unit prices.0
