Health insurance advice....

Some of you might remember me from my thread about undiagnosed illness that I'm suffering from.
Basically what I want to know...
I've had several types of scans, and tests done all which have come back negative so I am not diagnosed with an illness, it doesn't have a name.
If I take out health insurance can I get tested/treated for this?
I want to see a neurogastroenterologist, rheumatologist etc but I know they don't cover existing conditions on most insurance plans, will/might they cover for something which hasn't been diagnosed?

You could look at health cash plans from a company like Simply Health
https://www.simplyhealth.co.uk/sh/pages/about-us/becoming-simplyhealth/hsa.jsp
which will cover 75% of the cost of diagnostic consultations (up to an annual maximum) as well as many other health costs without restrictions on previous conditions. They're also far cheaper than full medical insurance policies.0 -
I don't know about human insurance, but imagine it's the same as for pets.
With pet insurance you cannot get cover for a pre-existing condition, which is what you have, but it just doesn't have a name and doctors have been consulted about your symptoms, so they are on record.
Insurance is based on risk, where only some of those paying will claim. However, if people were allowed to open policies just when they needed to claim, insurance companies would go out of business, as everyone would do this.0 -

It looks good although I don't really understand their national and metropolitan covers. I mean I want to specifically choose the doctors I want to see which one would it be?
Also do you know other similar companies like that?0 -
You won't be able to take out medical insurance as you are already exhibiting symptoms of an illness despite it being undiagnosed.0

The cash plan pays out a limited amount depnding on which plan you join and carries a lot of exclusions.
Simply Health Cover
depending on which plan you choose there is a list of hospitals available on that plan

However, they do not cover any pre existing condition so you would not be covered for this condition.
