Hi
I have a query, basically I live with my non dependant daughter she is thinking of working quite a lot of hours ,I'm disabled and on dla I was wondering would I have to pay rent,if she decided to work full time?
or would I be eligible for houseing benefit still
if I was still be able to receive, houseing benefit would I still have to pay something towards the rent
thankyou

If you are the tenant and receive any rate of the care component of DLA then your HB will not be affected by your daughter's earnings.0
