Hi
Sorry never used this before..; I went shopping on 15th June paid £3 in a private car park for 3 hours I returned to car in time but as I phoned my mum whilst in car it took me 7 mins over the time. My ticket was valid till 15.26 i left at 15.33 No ticket was put on car only a fine through post .... I've just got back from a holiday in Yarmouth with my baby & Its a £60 or £100 in 14 days I still have the ticket that i displayed on the windscreen. Is this Legal ???
Please any help would be appreciated xxxx

Just follow the NEWBIES thread guide and appeal to (Not So) Smart using the template appeal.
PS - congratulations in overcoming the first mental hurdle by not calling it a fine. It is purely and simply a speculative invoice.0 -
thank you ill give it a go xxxx0

It's as "legal" as any other invoice you get.
(Your 7 minutes overstay is irrelevant as far as getting the invoice is concerned)
Read up in the newbies sticky thread towards the top of the forum on how to proceed0 -

Read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES at the top of the main page. This will tell you how to appeal this and pay nowt. Spend time reading and re-reading what to do but don't miss the appeal deadline.

Ooh, what have I won? A free PCN from a PPC of my choice perchance?
By the way, fruitcake and Fruitcake are different MSE members.
I think we should stop it now, we're going off topic and may confuse the OP.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
