SMART and the PE boys

Trying my best to get an appeal heard.
POPLA received my appeal, Smart patking claim they have received nothing from them, appeal to be heard on the 15th July. POPLA insist they sent paperwork to smary parking and suggest i just go aling withi it and smart suggested they will let it slide and fade away.
Now! I know we like to win but this is terribly distressing that i cant win my way, through POPLA with all submissions. Maybe this is the new SP plan of attack. Or maybe the new recruits have no teeth hence leaving parking eye.
This is appeal no. 189 mainly on behalf of friends, family etc.i intended to go to 200 to agrieve myself of smart or at the time T & C parking took 20 quid off me when i was not the driver. My learning curve has prevented this am out of appeals being successful.
So i guess the moral of the story is. .. don't get mad, get even.

What does "and the PE Boys" have to do with your post?

(Not so) Smart ducking out at POPLA stage is like Tom Jones - It's not unusual.

Smart have new recruits from parking eye. And I found it unusual that Smart let it go to POPLA as they never have before with me so that's the connection to the new boys at smart. Tried many ways to progress in the past but to no avail. Maybe this will change after the beavis decision.

For years i couldn't get a popla code out of smart. Since the new kids took over they choose popla code even when the know the evidence guarantees they'll lose. But they've failed to defend every single popla appeal.

All i can think is they do this to everyone on the basis most will fold and thus pay up. Failing to defend a robust popla appeal must be worth the loss, but morally wrong.
