Age UK Car Insurance with £65 M&S voucher

Age UK Car Insurance - using the link off MSE having entered all the info required and trying to complete the purchase so as not to lose the tracking of the £65 M&S voucher benefit, I found that a) the payment in full for a year by credit card screen option only partially displayed and crucially had left out the submit button(!) and b) using the option to pay monthly without any interest charge after entering bank details responded that the site was unable to process monthly payments at this time!
Do Age UK / Ageas want my money or not? The deal is good but we checked with telephone desk if we submitted an application through them then the M&S voucher would not apply!
Has anyone else had difficulties / any suggestions.

Try a different browser, I found Firefox incompatible with Sainsburys for a while but was fine using Opera or Chrome.0
