  • Hi, do you have to fly? eurostar for 15 dec is quite cheap, then book hotel on expedia. you can buy an annual pass on the gate 129 euros each but you can get a child free under 7 with the adult pass, you can also get a discount of 10% off the other adult pass with a sponsor, I can do this if you are interested (send PM) the passes also give lots of other discounts.
if you need more info just ask.

you will find lots of useful info here http://www.disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=77

    Hope this helps

  • If you can get to Liverpool on Saturday 25th November then Easyjet for 2 adults & 1 child is just over £150 inc baggage. The flight times are great as well, early morning flight out and late night flight home giving you more time away.

you can book your hotel on https://www.disneylandparis.co.uk, the cheapest official Disney hotel is £262 in total for the 3 of you and that includes breakfast and all your tickets. I've stayed in this hotel and although it's the most basic it still has all the Disney magic about it and you can take advantage of having a fantastland breakfast in the park and also the extra hour or 2 in the park that only Disney hotel guests can have. Neither of these cost any extra. The rooms have 2 double beds as well.

Your only other costs would be transfers from Charles De Gaulle Airport and back, I think it's about £10 per person each way but that would still be under £500 in total.
  • I can recommend the Explorers Hotel. It has a swimming pool with flumes for the kids to enjoy. The breakfast is a bit of a free for all when it comes to finding seats but the food is ok.

You get a free shuttle to the park - so its brilliant if you are not planning on driving.

We booked the flights seperate with BMI then got the Disney Bus to our hotel - was very simple and very cost efficient when there is a lot of you!

  • Hi we are also going in October half term, family of 5 staying in explorers, I can recommend this hotel it will be our 3rd time there.
I would also recommend buying an annual pass 129 euros each for a years pass, and the park is open till 9 to 10pm in half term so on the days you do paris you would also be able to vistit the park on the nights.
The offers for the pass is a free under 7 with an adult passport, and you can get sponsored for a 10% discount on the other passports.( I am willing to do this, if you are interested PM me) The passport also give other discounts 10% off in restaurants 20% off in shops and free parking at disney hotels when you visit the park and much more.

If you need any more info please ask.

I would also recommend the explorers if there are five/six of you. We have just returned, and a room for 6 is a normal big room with a double bed, two singles, and a seperate room off with bunk beds, includes towels, soap stuff, t&c and a kettle (weirdly you don't always get this) works out around £80-90 a night, with breakfast included (frenzied free for all) the free bus comes in every 15 mins , but they are packed !) and takes about 5 mins on the bus, or half hour pleasant walk. There is also a playstation handheld thing in the small bedroom, but I didn't see any playstation (i assume you can ask for this as an extra). The hotel itself is better appointed for kids than some of the larger disney ones (recently stayed at new york with work - crap imo), there is a games room for older kids, and the swimming pool does not close until 11pm. There are three options for eating, the all you can eat buffet (thought this was OK tbh - unlimited food and soft drinks for 11e kids, 21e adults), the "library" restaurant (wouldn't overly recommend this, although the food was OK - service slow) or proper pizza boxes/chips. Please have a look at annual passes, as Shelly suggests. A family of five gets 20% off, making it 515 euro in total for five, although this seems dear, we worked out it was cheaper than a 3 day pass, and not far off a two day pass should you wish to return within a year, and you do get the benefit of the 10% of everything spent in the park. We took a utility bill to prove that we all lived at the same address, but tbh, you didn't need it, they took the money for the annual pass at the entrance gates, and you then have to go to the passport office (clearly marked on the maps) to get your photo taken and your pass given straight away(they ask for passports). You have older kids, so fast pass like mad. There are no fast pass facilities in the film studios but the most horrible (imo) ride, the rock and roller coaster is fast moving anyway. If you fancy going 0-60mph in 3 seconds, then being turned upside down a few times, to a backdrop of aerosmith (?) playing, then this one is for you.
