I think that you are lucky being able to cancel your flights at all with a budget carier. Have you considered doing a Eurostar package maybe - might be cheaper and must more pleasant than an airport.

Thanks for clarifying I would just use the current ferry deal and get 4 day returns (or more) to france over 4 weekends for £120 and use the free disney tickets

    Hi there

We've just booked flights and accommodation to visit Disneyland Paris in August. Have booked with one of the 'partner' hotels directly, so no park tickets included.

Can someone advise me of the cheapest way to buy park tickets for 2 adults and 2 children for 4 days in August?

It's our first visit so all suggestions welcome!

from what ive read its cheaper to buy an annual pass than a 4 day ticket, this also gives you discount in shops and retaurants there too

Thanks. I'll look into the annual passes.

Does anyone know if it's cheaper to buy passes/tickets direct from Disney or from any other websites?

    Cheers.

    Hi again

I did some digging on the annual passes yesterday.

Apparently they're doing a special offer at the moment that gives you a free annual pass for children under-7 for every adult one purchased. This would be fantastic for us, as our kids are aged 3 and 5.

Unfortunately, the offer ends on 16 July and we are not going until August. I've tried looking on the Disneyland Paris website but can only find details about this offer on the French part of the website and all the information is (obviously) in French!

Does anyone know if you can apply for annual passes online or by phone/post if you live outside of France?

They do indeed give you a free under 7's pass.

To be on the safe side I printed off the offer on the french disney website www.disneylandparis.fr and just mentioned it when buying the passes.

Hey presto 1 free pass for daughter, there is only one price. Kids pay the same as adults on the passes.

129Euro (each) for a fantasy pass came out at £111 on my Nationwide Credit Card. So yes, 4 days passes comes out more than an annual pass. With the free kids passes its a no-brainer.

If you are going for fantasy level annual pass check the restriction dates though on www.dlrpmagic.co.uk

We bought our passes on the gate without any problems then later in the day went for our photos taking and the real pass making up.

I didn't require to buy the pass before but i think the stumbling block from what i could see was post applications were payable with cheques (and therefore probably Euro cheques)

Sponsorship of current annual pass holders now requires them to be there in person with you for discount.

We will be going back to Disney again next year just before the passes run out so we get 2 holidays out of them and can make a decision to renew or not when we are there.
