I think per person we spent about 25-30 euros a day on 2 meals a day plus drinks! So thast 60 euros each for the 2 days. Then allow a bit extra for spending buying gifts etc
Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.

I heard its manic in lucky nugget and you dont get chance to see the characters, we went there once and it was manic so we walked out.

How do you buy half board vouchers? Never heard of these and wasnt given the option to buy them on our last 2 trips

You have to be staying in a Disney hotel and you can get them by ringing customer services. It says about the different options on the Disney website, and gives you the phone number to ring.

Can anyone give me a clue to spending money?
My daughters are going to Disney Paris with the Guides on the 23rd Jan and all I've been told is that it will be approximately 15 Euros each for each lunch meal on Saturday and Sunday.
I haven't a clue what to give them for spending.

Are they providing an evening meal and breakfast?

If so, then 15 Euros seems about right to get some lunch.

As for general spending, the drinks and food carts can be expensive but if they are happy to avoid those, they will only really need money for souvenirs.

Bearing in mind the exchange rate, think in terms of a normal theme park really plus a few pounds. They may want a few pounds/euros for the journey as well.

Are they only going to the park, or are they going elsewhere for day trips and the like?

I'd be inclined to ask the guide leader what she thinks, and a few other mums too.

    1 week 6 days to go and counting :j :j :j

When you get to the hotel (santa fe) and they ask you what time slot you want your breakfast, is that when you ask if you can have breakfast in the park for 1 of the days ? and do you have to pay extra?

    Thank you :D

Yes, and no, it doesn't cost anything. :D

we are thinking of Going to DLP in May for my 40th Birthday, but it is half the price in MArch due to their offers. I can get 4 days Hotel Cheyenne, and flights from Glasgow for just under £650.00. Not sure about the weather in March although to save that amount of money would be worth it. Has Anyone been in March and can advise on weathr?

    Thanks:beer:

Its also very crowded especially at weekends! with some ride queues up to 2 hours
and the closer to xmas you go the busier it gets too,so something to consider

I preferred summer to be honest, found the parades just as good and wasnt overly impressed with the xmas theming

many DISers have said that halloween is better than xmas
so we are going to try Halloween this year :)

I've been at the end of Feb and it was stil very cold then, if that is any help.

But tbh, the cold is not a massive problem. We're going next week and chose it because we've been this time of year before, and the extra time with characters, and reduced time in queues more than make up for the cold.

Plus of course, it is cheaper!

The worst times are when you are stood still as walking around you don't feel it anyway.

I'd go in March and have extra to spend, personally.
