IAS do uphold some appeals, much less than the 20% claimed figure.
However my studies suggest that they at picked at random from the post pile on a morning and the 20% probably means every 20 they put one on the win pile.
There is certainly no legal understanding or knowledge to the system or judgments.
Probably because they employ goons on minimum wage to type the addresses in to the system that prints the rejection letters.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
If that's true, and it wouldn't surprise me, then there will - by the law of averages - inevitably be appeals out there where one was upheld and the other rejected for similar identical sites/circumstances/appeal points.
I understand that Pranky collects these, and it would be great if he could uncover some examples to see if the DVLA are interested (which I'm pretty sure we all agree they won't be).Je Suis Cecil.0
