2nd letter help needed please

Options
apologies if this has already been answered somewhere else but there are so many threads to go through. below is an extract from the 2nd letter template,i am unsure as to what it means by
[INSERT NAME OF COURT

This is based on the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations, as I believe these default charges are unfair and not proportionate to your costs, and therefore the [INSERT NAME OF COURT] court will rule in my favour.

thanks for your help in advance

You can leave the name of the court out, as it is of no relevance to the letter.
