Hi
I'm looking for some advice regarding a PPC. the details are listed below:
1 - The alleged offence was over staying the allowed time limit in the car park at the beginning of March
2 - The company responsible is Highview Parking Ltd, who are BPA members and their charge is £85
3 - No ticket was left on the car as the car park is monitored by ANPR cameras
4 - The first correspondence received regarding the alleged offence came from Debt Recovery Plus at the beginning of May
5 - Debt Recovery Plus have informed me that the PCN wasn't issued under POFA?
I have spoken with the BPA and have requested the 10 digit POPLA code and sent a couple of appeals emails, but Highview parking just keep stating that only Debt Recovery Plus will deal with this now. Should I just ignore them.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Never phone anyone, always have a paper trail. Never communicate with debt collectors. Your complaint to the BPA may yield results. Never say who was driving. More advice will follow from other members.0
