Hi, I know im late but is there any chance I could join your challenge. I would love to pay £250 extra off my barclay card before 11th sept, im sure i can do this on ebay if i get on with my listings, i have been sorting out loads of things to go on.

Still stuck at £29.86 on ebay but don't finish till Sunday so not too bad. Need to take about £10 off for listings and hopefully p&p should cover a little of final end charges - touch laminated desk!

hi evry1, ok, after a favour mm and rayday!...
a cheque came through the post this morning, a refund cheque from a bank that we had a small loan with, which was paid off about 3/4 years ago. they sent us a refund for £225.97! so, i wondered if i would be allowed to use that to pay off my pesky debt and reduce my overdraft a bit, and then in order to keep on with my pesky debt challenge, i thought i could keep going with my saves to try to pay off an extra £x off my holiday balance before 11th sept? i will say something realistic like £100 by 11th sept.

hope this is ok, cos im enjoying our little challenge and it is encouraging for me when other people are doing the same thing as me.

let me know if this i ok and i will update my sig and carry on saving to try and get to my £100 target.

ew, neary forgot in all my begging... i also have got a £2 coin which i am going to try and save (i actually had 4, but obviously had to spend 3.), so i shall put that in my chuppa chups tin to save for my sea side next year
