Think I've sold everything I possibly can on ebay lol... even down to some left over laminate boards from the previous owner... why you'd want those I'll never know. Each to their own.
I've claimed back a couple of excess overdraft charges but in the past I've been a good girl and stayed in the black.. god knows how I did it, seems like a lifetime ago... will try to get nationwide credit ones back but I know they're tough cookies to crack - have my mortgage with them.
Will have to follow your advice on the cleaning items - aldi? I used to be a sucker for those plug in expensive smelly things..
Oh, and just started temping so that's screwed up the monthly direct debits... financial suicide but couldn't stay in the job I was in.
The fact it's pouring it down outside doesn't help... i'm a right old grumpy bug*er today.

No probs yeah you could try aldi for cleaning things not too sure about this as i dont know where you live but we have stores like wilkinsons and quality save for cleaning products and toiletries and also try pound shops its amazing what you can get in there!
Oh and i defo know what you mean about the plug ins i have lots of them and the refills are so expensive think that was one of the reasons i found these cheap shops for cleaning products i saw them for £0.99 instead of £3.00+ in the supermarket.
Good luck with everything anyway im sure you'll work something out and something good will come about soon xLBM - April 2007Claimed back my bank charges from Natwest - £1196Halifax Credit Card Claiming £467.35 Rec £467.35!/Capital One Card Claiming - £523.92/Barclaycard Claiming - £403.58 Rec £403.58/MBNA Claiming - £584.37 Rec£584.37Proud to be dealing with my debtsUpdate: 2009 - Currently claiming £1900 from Natwest0 -
If you are a carer for someone else, do they get attendance allowance and do you get carers allowance. Could make a big difference to your income

My best cheapest meal - sweetcorn(frozen so about 5p) tuna (31p Aldi I think) and tinned toms (15p Morrisons) with mixed herbs and pasta (100g so about 20p) - can't beat it! total = 71p for two people plus fresh home grown runner beans for free'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' : Member number 632

Ref the allowances can you appeal? Might be worth a trip to the CAB to ask for their advice about this. How about mystery shopping? There is a whole thread on here about that. Would be able to fit it around your other commitments.
