CeMap qualification assistance pls

Hi all , I have worked in international banking (treasury)for 20 years plus and was made redundant earlier this year. I am looking to a change in my career by looking at the Mortgage advisor world and therefore taking the CeMap qualification

I am already threshold competent under the FCA by way of IAQ qualifications as a by the way but wondered what advice people would offer on going down the CeMap route as an unemployed person ? Eg fees ? Best way to tackle it is online , classroom :j
Any positive advice warmly welcomed !!
Thanks

First, do your research. A good start is to look where the people who have those qualifications hang out and then ask your question in one of those places, instead of in the place where you have chosen to post. The names of the sections will give you a very good clue about which section is likely to have people with qualifications relating to mortgages.
