Word has it the CSA are deliberately doctoring records and 'fitting up' Non Resident Parents regardless of how compliant they are been. CSA procedures (such that there are!) are being ignored - the priorty is to get as many Deduction of Earning Orders and Liability Orders on the record as it possibly can because these are the Key Perfoamance Targets they have to report to parliament. Cases are coming to light where its clear CSA officers are deliberately manipulating case note in an attempt to show NRPs have missed payments (when they haven't) so they can take these fathers to Court to get a DEOs and LOs to boost their targets.
In my case a senior officer in the Parliamentary Business Unit (I understand these are directly accountable to Tony ...er sorry parliament) told me not to pay the Arrears Agreement and then tried to claim they had never even made an arrears agreement with me! Yes, there are no depth to which this lot will not sink in thier dirty tricks campaign. Anyone else on the receiving end of the CSA latest trickery?
