Laminator

I'm looking for a cheap laminator A4 size. Unfortunately,I don't know much about them . I gather you have to buy plastic pouches for them. Can anyone recommend a half decent laminator preferably less than £30 if possible
that is easy use and reliable. And also the best places to buy the pouches.
Also do you get different standards of pouches and if so what are the best to buy.

Pouches vary in finish and thickness - for example you might want to laminate a sheet just so it's wipe-clean, or you might want to add stiffness as well, the thickness is expressed in microns. You can usually get a choice of finish, either matt or gloss.

I got ours from www.viking-direct.co.uk for about GBP80, I'm not sure whether they're business only. But I've seen them in the high street in places like Partners and Rymans, and those models are more lower-duty ones aimed at home users.

You can pick up laminators in Asda, Tesco etc. - ok for occasional home use - for around £15. I get the pouches from Aldi - decent quality & they seem to have them in fairly regularly & much cheaper than stationery shops.
