60 seconds for PMs

why oh why do we have to wait 60 seconds between pms...............I login then check for messages and answer them all ..........................they are pms not monolgues,they usually take seconds to answer but the daft thing won't let me send another one for 60 seconds AAAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH:mad:
