Pinkcat, this person was given good information on other threads, most of them based around how he could get away with lying about his age.
He was warned not to start selling on eBay, not to tell the bank lies, not to start gambling accounts, advice he chooses to ignore and then comes whinging when things go wrong.
If he is not going to learn from his mistakes then that is his fault.The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 10

Irrespective of your age (and I do know of people runnning successful ebay businesses at 15), failing to pay your ebay fees will lead to:
a) your ebay account being suspended;
b) any accounts registered at the same address also being suspended - even if operated by other people;
c) debt collection agency being sold your debt abd chasing you for the outstanding amount PLUS £23 debt fees. From memory they use an agency called something like Injustica.
If ebay have withdrawn an item they should credit you with the listing fee. If they don't chase them for this. Your problem may be that this month's bill has been generated before the credit has gone on your account.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. If someone comes on this site asking for advice they have to accept that its not always what they want to hear.
Inx didn't take offence to the advice given, or as you put it the "aggro" given, so why should it bother you?
