Cheap Gatwick - Ireland Fares

Competition between Ryanair and Easyjet seems to be resulting in some very cheap fares between Gatwick and Shannon / Knock from June to mid July
For example using skyscanner.net, ryanair single from Knoch - Gatwick is pricing at £4.60 including taxes and charges!
Typical cheapest return prices if you are willing to fly on the right days are:
Gatwick - Knock £10
Gatwick - Shannon £15
Not working for Dublin, though which is remaining at around £30, presumably through lack of competition with easyjet.
