    Hi Guys

    Any help gratefully received. Got letter yesterday saying husbands IVA has failed (really struggled with payments as income dropped and they would help) creditors meeting 20th Sept, and I guess they will go for bankruptcy. Our house is worth about £220K and mortgage £180K we have 2 small kids. Spoke to CAB who say options limited - help are we going to be homeless?
