The closing date for entries is midnight on Wednesday 30 September 2015. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from a single source will be disqualified.
• The Promoters do not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of an entry.
• By entering this competition you are opting in to receive periodic email from the Promoters. Your personal information is proprietary to us and will not be provided to any other source not affiliated with this competition.
• On or about 5 October 2015, the Promoters will select the name of the one winner in a random drawing of all eligible and correct entries received during the entry period.
• The potential winner will be contacted by email or telephone and asked to provide their full name, age and postal address within a specified time period. If a potential winner does not respond within the timeframe stated in the notification email, the Promoters may select an alternate potential winner at random from all entries received.
• The winner and three travel companions are required to sign a liability release within thirty days of award notification. They must travel on the same itinerary and minors must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
• The prize includes seven days / six nights of accommodation at the luxury villa pictured in the competition copy, economy class flights to Orlando International Airport from a London airport and admission tickets to the attractions / activities stated plus £500 spending money.
• The Promoters are not responsible for changes in schedule or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation / delay or upgrade
• Additional spending money, meals, beverages, travel insurance, passports, optional activities, gratuities, transport to and from departure point in the UK and in Florida and all other ancillary costs or additional travel expenses are the responsibility of the winners and companions.
• The holiday must be taken within one year of the closing date of the competition. No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers. The selected booking date is subject to availability and blackout dates and / or seasonal restrictions.
• The Promoters reserve the right to amend the specification of the prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• The Promoters reserve the right to cancel this competition, cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and amend these terms and conditions.
